Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was unreliable, cooling things for only brief periods before needing a reset. I had trouble with inconsistent water temperature in the shower. it went from lukewarm to cold unexpectedly, which was quite frustrating. Although the bed offered decent comfort, it could use a little more cushioning for my preference. Overall, the warm staff made a positive impact, but several areas, like cleanliness in common spaces and maintenance responsiveness, need attention.

the check-in took a bit longer than i expected, but the manager and clerk were really amazing. the manager knew exactly what to do with my reservation issues. they were super friendly and made my stay comfortable when i was exhausted after visiting my dad at the hospital. great location close to the hospital, too.
